How to Add and Record a Client Request?


Client requests can be stored in two ways:

Automatic Recording: When a client books a request using the online service store, it will automatically be recorded on the request page.

Manual Recording:
  • Add Request: Navigate to the client page, select the specific client who made the request, and then click the “Add Request” button on the property card.
  • Fill In: Enter all necessary information for the request, including the request title, service details or instructions, images of the area (if available), and the client's assessment availability. After filling in all necessary information, click the “Save Request” button to store the data.

How to Schedule an Assessment for Each Request?


Request: Select the request you want to schedule for assessment.

Edit: Click the “Edit” button, scroll down to enable the “Schedule Assessment” option. Enter any specific instructions for your technicians, the date and time of the assessment, and select the technicians/employees who will assess the area. After entering these details, click the “Save Request” button to update the information.
