How to Manage and Generate Job Orders?


Collect Payment: Once the client has approved the quotation and paid the required downpayment, navigate to the specific approved quotation. Click the “More Options'' button and then select “Collect Payment”. Fill in the payment details and submit.

Convert to Job Order: After recording the downpayment, convert the quotation to a job order by clicking the “Convert to Job” button.

Fill In: Once converted, schedule the job by selecting the date and time. You can check the calendar on the right side to avoid scheduling conflicts. Assign technicians to be dispatched for the job.

Send and Convert: After scheduling, you can send the job order to the client and print a physical copy if necessary.
